Underage Policy

We are committed to ensuring that users who meet the legal age requirements use Videoshow.ai and all content contained therein (the ‘Service’) in a responsible and safe manner.

We are also committed to ensuring that AI-generated content on our Services does not bear any resemblance to minors or take advantage of minors' similarities. To this end, we have implemented proprietary technology-based content review mechanisms to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and our own terms of service and policies (collectively, the “Policies”).

Any updates to the Policy will be announced on the home page of the website and will automatically take effect immediately after the update. Continued use of the service is deemed to be acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Website Access and Registration

If You think Your child has accessed the Services in an inappropriate manner, please contact us directly by sending an email at support@videoshowapps.com, and we will verify the information and take restrictive measures (e.g., blocking the account, blocking the IP) within 24 hours.

The Services contain adult content generated by artificial intelligence and are restricted to users 18 years of age and older. By using the Services, You confirm that You are an adult and meet local legal requirements for accessing adult content. Providing false information about Your age is a violation of the Terms of Service and the Platform reserves the right to terminate Your account.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they comply with local laws and regulations regarding access to adult content. Videoshow.ai is not responsible for verifying the authenticity of users' age information, but will endeavour to do so through technical means.

2.Responsibility for Content

As a user of the Services, You are solely responsible for the output content (including any text messages, voice messages, images, and videos) generated by Videoshow.ai based on Your inputs.Videoshow.ai responds to conversations initiated by You and to the settings that You select. You understand and agree that Videoshow.ai does not control or endorse any content generated by the AI and that You are solely responsible for any output generated by the AI and for Your actions while using the Services.

Even though the platform proactively blocks offending content through technical means, You must still ensure that Your interactions with Videoshow.ai comply with the following requirements:

(1) comply with applicable laws, regulations and the Platform Policies (in particular the Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Standard, which at its core prohibits the generation of Child Pornography, Sexual Exploitation, Content that harms minors, or attempts to generate AI Content that is similar to that of minors);

(2) The Services shall not be used to engage in any behaviour that endangers the rights and interests of minors (including, but not limited to, inducing minors to access adult content, collecting information on minors, etc.).

3.Content Review and Removal

We value the safety, respect and integrity of all our users. While user conversations with AI are confidential by default, we have enabled a real-time content review system based on proprietary LLM technology to monitor for content that violates the Protection of Minors Policy.

If the system detects offending content, the following measures will be triggered immediately:

(1) Automatically block the generation of the offending content and send a warning message to the user;

(2) The manual review team will check again within 2 hours, and after confirming the violation: delete the offending content, suspend the account (1-7 days); if the situation is serious (e.g. involving child pornography), permanently block the account and report it to the regulatory authorities.

These measures areimplemented to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users, but due to the nature of the technology, it is not possible to eliminate 100 per cent of AI-generated content that contains similar characteristics of minors. We are committed to striking a balance between privacy and user access, and appreciate Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our guidelines.

4.Reporting Prohibited Content

We have a zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Content (CSAM). Any attempt to create or distribute such content violates the law and the platform's policies, and we will:

(1) Immediately remove the content and permanently ban the account involved;

(2) Report the incident to the corresponding regional regulatory body:

-USA: Report to the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC);

-EU: Report to Europol and local data protection authorities;

-Other regions: to local government agencies responsible for child protection or international organisations (e.g. International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC)).

6.Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user suspected of violating this policy without liability.

After terminating Your account, You can appeal within 7 days and we will complete the verification and reply within 15 natural days.
